This UA governs the use of QRating’s sport management services. Violation will result in suspension or
termination of the User’s service. In the event of a dispute between QRating and User regarding the
interpretation of the AUP, QRating’s commercially reasonable interpretation of the AUP shall govern.

Offensive Content

By using QRating’s services, you agree that you will not publish or transmit any content that falls under
the following parameters:
* Child and/or adult pornographies
* Bestiality and Zoophilia pornographies
* Promotes Gambling activities
* Excessive violence (including threats and harassment)
* Hate speech
* Unfair or deceptive under consumer protection laws
* Defamatory
* In violation of a person’s privacy
* A risk to a person’s safety or health (including the general public)
* Exposes trade secrets
* Copyright infringement
* Promotes illegal activity
* Is otherwise malicious or fraudulent
This includes any email, bulletin board postings, chat, and any other type of transmission that relies on
services provided by QRating.

 

Security

User must take reasonable security precautions. User must protect the confidentiality of password, and
User should change your password periodically.

 

IPv6

Specifically, as we transition from IPv4 to IPv6 as the main network address space, we will consider the
following as breaches of the Fair Use principle. Excessive use of IPv6 will affect our network
performance, and therefore the level of service we provide to our users. Abuse of assigned Server IPv6
addresses We will manage the number of IPv6 addresses loaded onto a server to ensure an acceptable
level of service for all users of that server.
Bulk Commercial mailing via internal chat
User must obtain prior approval from QRating for any mass commercial mailing list. Approval will only
be given based on the following parameters:
* Your intended recipients have given their consent to receive messages through the QRating
application through the subscription procedure of this document (UA).

* QRating stores the above-mentioned evidence of the recipient's consent.
* QRating uses procedures that allow recipients to refuse to receive messages from a specific user or
otherwise withdraw their consent (for doing this, you must submit an e-mail request to
abuse@qrating.tech).
* QRating has the ability to track complaints.
* QRating has posted a Privacy Policy on its website.
* You should not hide the source of your email in any way.
* You otherwise comply with CAN SPAM Act and other applicable laws.
QRating reserves the right to test your compliance with these requirements.
Unsolicited internal chat newsletter
User does not have the right to send any unwanted messages via internal chat to any person who has
indicated that they do not want to receive them.
Material Protected by Copyright
User agrees not to publish or otherwise copy any work protected under copyright law unless:
* You have been expressly authorized by the owner of the work
* You are otherwise permitted by law to copy the work
If you are found to be in violation of this requirement, QRating reserves the right to terminate your
service.
Please contact QRating by e-mail: abuse@grating.tech if you believe that your copyright is being
infringed by a person using the QRating network. Please provide reasonable information, including
identification of the copyrighted work, contact information, and other details.

 

Disclaimer

User agrees not to engage in illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including:
* Unauthorized access to or use of data, including any attempt to breach security or authentication
measures without express authorization from owner of the system or network;
* Monitoring data or traffic without express authorization from owner of the system or network;
* Interfere with service to any user;
* Use of Internet account of computer without the owner’s authorization;
* Forging of any TCP-IP packet header;
* Any conduct that is likely to result in retaliation against QRating;
* Use of QRating’s services in a way that unreasonably interferes with QRating’s other users’ use of the
services.
Newsgroup, Chat Forums, Other Services
User must comply with the rules and conventions for postings to any bulletin board, chat group, or
other forum in which you participate.
